These terms govern your use of the VidMint app and website: what you can do, what we can do, how content licensing works, how mint rewards are granted and withdrawn, and how disputes are resolved. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or your region's digital-consent age) to hold a VidMint account, and you agree not to post illegal content, engage in coordinated manipulation, or attempt to game the mint-reward system.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Prohibited behavior includes uploading content you have no rights to, harassment, spam, engagement pods, bot activity and exploiting reward mechanics. Violations can lead to content removal, loss of mint eligibility, or account termination as described below.
You retain full ownership of the videos you create and upload; you grant VidMint a limited license to host, process and display your published content on the service, and that license ends when you delete the content.
The license we need is operational, not commercial: storing your files, generating captions you request, showing published videos in the feed, and creating technical copies for delivery. We do not claim ownership of your work, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI models — see the privacy policy for the data side of that promise.
Mint rewards are discretionary promotional grants scored by published quality signals; coins have no cash value until a payout is completed, and VidMint may adjust scoring rules, withhold rewards obtained through manipulation, or end the program with reasonable notice.
The three signal categories — completion rate, genuine engagement and originality — are published, but exact thresholds are tuned over time to protect the reward pool from abuse. Rewards earned through bots, pods or reposted content are void. Cash-out availability, thresholds and supported regions are shown in the app and may vary by market. VidMint Pro's boosted mint rate is a multiplier on the same signals, never a guarantee of earnings.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings; we can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, and when we change the terms we will post the new version here with an updated date before it takes effect.
If your account is terminated for manipulation or abuse, pending mint rewards may be forfeited; if you delete your own account in good standing, eligible wallet balances above the payout threshold remain cashable for 30 days.
